Shipping policy

All Pearly May pieces are custom made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days for your item to be hand-painted and prepared before it ships. During busy seasons (holidays, wedding season), production may take a little longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

 

Once your order ships, standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days within the continental U.S. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us right away at catchinlogos@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
